We transform lives through self-awareness and intercultural understanding. Our offerings span from foundational sessions on diversity and inclusion to more advanced topics such as implicit bias and micro-aggressions. Learning experiences are offered through various formats, including discussions, trainings, and workshops conducted virtually or in person.
Niya Blair Hackworth

Niya Blair Hackworth (she/her) is a compassionate, strategic, and experienced diversity and inclusion thought leader and educator. Blair Hackworth is committed to guiding and supporting individuals and organizations with their intercultural competence and fostering communities of belonging.
She is highly skilled and known for providing brave space environments that foster cross-cultural understanding and promote a culture of inclusion.
As a diversity, inclusion, and equity consultant, Blair Hackworth has partnered with K-12 schools, universities, non-profits, and corporate organizations to provide trainings, coaching, and strategic planning.
She is certified as a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory, LLC. She has experience presenting at national and regional
conferences for higher education institutions and community organizations in social justice, intercultural competence, leadership, and programs focused on supporting men of color in college.
Blair Hackworth has spent over thirteen years working at higher education institutions, leading and providing educational and cultural experiences and workshops for campus communities and developing equitable initiatives and avenues of support for historically underserved communities. She also has experience in intercollegiate athletics.
Currently, she is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Abilene Christian University. Blair Hackworth has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Central Arkansas and a master’s degree in Education, with an emphasis in Higher Education from the University of Arkansas.
